The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Orrina transforms the way you think about spending by helping you take control of impulses and make smarter financial decisions. The Service may allow you to capture items you almost bought, track what you saved, review monthly summaries, and visualize long-term trends.
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (such as notes and photos). You grant Orrina Team a limited license to host, store, display, and process your content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service and fulfill your requests.
You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to upload it. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy (provided separately). Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.
The Service (excluding your content), including software, design, and branding, is owned by Orrina Team or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Some features may be offered for a fee, including subscriptions or one-time purchases. If you purchase paid features, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase and any platform rules that apply.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORRINA TEAM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORRINA TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORRINA TEAM’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ORRINA TEAM FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or misused the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above and may provide additional notice in the Service if changes are material. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Orrina Team is primarily established. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law or where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
