Optional content processing / generation

Certain optional features may involve processing text and/or images you choose to upload (for example, generating or enhancing content associated with your entries).

  • Processing occurs on servers controlled by Orrina Team.
  • We do not share uploaded text or images with any third party for processing.
  • We do not use uploaded text or images for marketing or to train advertising systems.
  • Uploaded text and images are processed for a one-time result and deleted promptly after processing is completed.
  • You control whether to upload content and whether to generate results.

We do not perform facial recognition or create biometric identifiers from your photos. Photos are intended for your personal use in the Service and are not used for training or marketing.

How we share information

We share information only as needed and as described below:

  • With your consent: when you direct us to share.
  • With service providers: trusted vendors that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations (e.g., hosting, infrastructure, support tooling, and security monitoring).
  • For legal reasons: to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security.

  • Customer support: retained up to 6 months.
